FREE COLLECTION

We are offering free collection from our local shop in Malvern, Monday to Sunday.

Collection is available from 9am on your selected pick up day. Our last pick-up time is 3.00pm sharp.

Please ensure you have your order number ready on collection.

All our items are delivered in a sealed boxes.

All our items come prepared in sealed, recyclable boxes.

If you are picking up your order from our local shop, we recommend placing your box on a flat surface of the car. On reaching your destination, place your items into the fridge.

DELIVERY

Our deliveries are organised in two time slots:

- 10am - 12pm

- 1pm - 3pm

Your order will be delivered during your timeframe selected. However, we cannot guarantee an exact time for delivery within that window.

We will contact you within 48hrs to advise whether your request has been successful.

Delivery is available from Monday to Sunday. We deliver to Melbourne suburbs within 10 km radius from our store in Malvern.

For shipping out of the delivery radius, before processing your order, please contact us. We will get back to you in the next 48hrs and confirm or not if we are able to assist you with your delivery. Fee will be updated accordingly with the delivery address requested.

All deliveries within 10km from Millstone incur a fee of $35.

For all deliveries over 10km, you will need to contact us via email to confirm whether delivery is possible.

All our items are delivered in sealed boxes, and are kept refrigerated until delivery.
