Orders
When is the latest I can order?
The last day available to order will be the 20th December. After this, we will not accept any orders.
Will orders be available for collection on Christmas Day
Unfortunatly, our last order collection will be on Christmas Eve - Tuesday 24th December 2024.
May I order different items from your website?
From the 22nd of December, we will accept only Items from our Christmas menu. Before this date you will be able to order any items offered on our website.
Collection/Delivery
When is the latest I can collect my Christmas order?
Our last day for collection or delivery will be on the Tuesday 24th December. Collection is available from 9am to 3pm. Delivery betwen is available betwen 10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm.
What do I do when coming to collect my Christmas order.
Our right window will be dedicated to order collection. To ensure a smooth and easy collection please provide your order number which is writing on the subject of your confirmation email.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all around Melbourne metropolitan. Please note down your suburb, in the checkout process to see if your suburb is part of our delivery radius. If not, you can always email us and we will see if we can do it.
Will my order be ok on Christmas day?
Protein and salads items will be deconstructed and packed seperately to be assembled on the day of consumption. Assembly/heating instructions will be provided on our website.
When is the earliest I can order?
Our Christmas menu will be available to collect from Monday 2nd December. Pre-order available from now-on!
Handling/Assembling/Heating
Where can I find the heating/assembling instructions?
On your specified day, a QR code will be displayed on your catering box with a link to our heating and assembling instructions.
After collection, how should I store my items?
Upon leaving Millstone place your order on a flat surface of your car. When you have arrived home, remove elements from the box and put them in the fridge. Some elements will not require refrigeration - Which you will be notified of.
Unbaked croissant will need to placed in the freezer upon arrival.
Will my order be ok on Christmas day?
As long as you are following our handling and storage instrusctions, your catering will be as good as new.
